Ladies' Summer Book Club
August 27, 2019
9:00am – 11:30amCategory: Women's Ministry | Coordinator: Michal Brodeur
We are having our last get together for the summer on Tuesday, August 27 where we’ll cover the last 2 chapters. Everyone is welcome to stay for a hotdog roast lunch afterwards. You can bring a side to share (fruit, veggies, salad etc.).
Ladies' Summer Book Club meets every Friday morning at the Brodeur home. This time provides an opportunity to encourage each other as women and grow in our roles as wives and mothers for the glory of God. This summer, we will be reading through "The Heart of Anger" by Lou Priolo. We will be reading one chapter each week on our own and then meeting to talk about what we learned and thought while we watch our kids play. It will be casual, so come the weeks when it works for your family. This fellowship group is open to women of all ages. We look forward to seeing you there!
This a great opportunity for all ladies, especially if you battle a busy schedule during the school year and cannot make it to study opportunities. Remember older ladies, you can come as encouragement to the younger moms or even to equip yourself as you talk with younger ladies.
